Office rental in the incubator/accelerator with supporting services for tenant companies
The Center houses 8 offices that serve as an incubation space for entrepreneurs.
The offices are divided into two categories: larger offices (approx. 40 m2, specifically 38.32 m2, 39.68 m2, 39.89 m2, and 39.89 m2) and smaller offices (approx. 25 m2, specifically 24.92 m2, two 24.9 m2 offices, and another 28.77 m2 office).
Two companies can be accommodated in each larger office, while one company can be accommodated in each smaller office. The offices will be rented based on a public call with defined criteria and points. Maximum occupancy of the offices from the very beginning of the Center's operation is not expected, therefore the offices that are not rented to permanent users will be rented as flexible coworking workplaces, until all offices are fully occupied by permanent users.

• Assistance in developing a business plan and applying for national and EU funds
