Both rooms are connected regarding their function. In the room for sample preparation, samples of dried or jellied fruit and honey are prepared for sensory evaluation (pouring, heating, placing in jars or on plates, etc.). After that, they are transferred to the adjacent room, the room for sensory evaluation of samples (which, in accordance with the law, must be separated from the room for sample preparation) where they are presented to the expert committee. Sensory evaluation of the product sample evaluates characteristics such as taste, aroma, smell, texture, etc. and a product rating is given.
