"One-stop shop" for investors (all information in a single place)

A geographic information system or GIS platform has been established within the Development Center as a basis for the work of the Investor Support Center in the Lika-Senj County.

The GIS platform is designed as an interactive map of potential zones and investment opportunities in the Lika-Senj County.

This provides the possibility to obtain data from spatial planning documents, insight into investment conditions, data on investment incentives under individual local government units, etc.

The GIS platform provides free access to information on greenfield and brownfield areas, spatial plans and available incentives for the economy and agriculture.

The GIS platform allows employees of the Investor Support Center of Lika-Senj County to select and propose the optimal location for the implementation of the investment, based on the parameters set by the investor.
