In addition to the production parts of the facility, there are separate rooms (chambers) for storing fresh or frozen fruit in temperatures ranging from -20 to 10 ℃. The size of two negative (freezing) chambers is 10.33 m2, one is 18.28m2, and the remaining one is 18.55 m2. They can accommodate a total of 30 tons of fruit. The sizes of positive (conservation) chambers are 13.08 m2, and 10.53 m2.

Freezing preservation allows fruit to be preserved for a longer period, by storing it at lower temperatures (-18 °C and below) in refrigeration chambers. Whole fruits, packed in small individual packages, can be frozen, and are a product ready for the market. Frozen fruits can be packed in larger packages and used as a semi-finished product for the production of, for example, jelly products.

Furthermore, puree and pulp can be frozen and further used in the production of jelly products.

Positive chambers enable short-term storage of the raw material before processing.
